Anything else?

Marital status helps the lender categorize the file. It's optional — your loan doesn't depend on it.

Where do you call home?

Lenders verify your address against the application — make sure it matches your ID.

Own or rent?

Plus your monthly mortgage or rent — round numbers are fine.

How long have you been there?

If it's under two years, we'll need your previous address too — lenders look at the last 24 months.

What do you do?

Lenders look at the whole picture. Steady work matters more than a perfect score.

How long, and what's the gross?

Annual gross income — what hits before taxes. Round numbers are fine.

Anything else coming in?

Optional. Rentals, investments, support — anything steady you can document. Skip if there's nothing extra.
